Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Greek plain yogurt
  • ⅓ Cup + 1 Tbsp Orange juice (no pulp)
  • ⅝ Cups of Milk (3.25% M.F) (cold)
  • ⅓ Cup Oat flour
  • 1 Tsp Brown sugar (optional)
  • 2 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
  1. 1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. 2. Add 2 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistencyŦ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
  3. 3. Allow to sit in the fridge for 20 min until the desired texture is obtained.
  4. Presentation:

    Serve the smoothie chilled in a glass.
