Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Canned pineapple
  • 4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ Cup Coconut milk
  • 2 Tsp Brown sugar
  • 6 Scoops ThickenUp® Clear
  1. 1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and freeze at least 2 hours ahead of time.
  2. 2. Blend the frozen pineapple, lemon juice, brown sugar, and coconut milk in a blender.
  3. 3. Add 6 scoops of ThickenUp® Clear and blend again until you reach the desired consistency Ŧ and a smooth texture (no lumps).
